Real-time Inappropriate Image Monitoring

PixAlert® Monitor measures compliance to existing corporate policies. Monitor sits on client PCs throughout an organization, watching screen content for inappropriate image content. If the content viewed the client PC exceeds a set sensitivity level, comprehensive details such as machine name, username, date-time and program used, along with an encrypted copy of the image material are recorded on the client PC. Thereafter, when the PC is connected to the corporate network, these details are sent to an administrator's computer located remotely. Authorised staff can review logs on the remote Administrator machine, view the captured images (and associated data), and take appropriate action (such as record the details to a case file).

Designed for the corporate environment

PixAlert Monitor has been designed to:

• Detect  image material of an inappropriate nature as it is being viewed on any company desktop or Laptop PC and report on it;

• Provide active compliance to existing organizational policies;

• Monitor and alert across the Network;

• Scan images being viewed in real time, from any source including Internet, Email, cellular phone, Microsoft Office Documents, Proprietary and Encrypted File Formats, USB key, digital camera and unsecured networks;

• Operate either with or without the knowledge of the users, depending on corporate policies;

• Analyze all screen images in real-time and identify inappropriate image content, with minimal impact on performance;

• Send a 'Thumbnail' of the inappropriate image to an administrator who can rate the image and add it to a case file;

• Operate on 'Windows 2000, NT, XP operating systems.
