Irish cybersecurity company PixAlert is launching its operations in UAE
One of the oldest Irish cybersecurity companies PixAlert is launching its business in Dubai in conjunction with Ethos Technologies DMCC as authorized Regional Distributor on Tuesday April 11, 2017.
PixAlert has been protecting enterprise networks and safeguarding brand integrity through market leading data discovery and illicit image detection and security products since 1999 operating in Ireland, UK, USA, Australia, Nigeria, New Zealand and India. PixAlert’s software takes care of organisation’s cybersecurity and critical data whether they are located in Europe, USA, Australia or UAE.
As part of our expansion, we are going to be part of the Technology roadshow event in conjunction with ETHOS Technologies. It will be on 24 May, 12 pm at Conrad Hotel. The show will consist of meet and greet, Products presentations, Q&A session. Lots of giveaways and prizes for attendees.

PixAlert joins the GDPR Coalition.
PixAlert together with other Irish cybersecurity firms have formed the Irish GDPR Coalition.
The GDPR Awareness Coalition is not-for-profit, fixed term initiative, established in February 2017, to assist in raising awareness of data privacy obligations for companies big or small. From the global multinational to single employee traders, as a result of implementation of GDPR on the near horizon.
PixAlert brings to the table knowledge and years of experience of assisting firms with the protection of their data. PixAlert has been working with firms from all sectors; government entities such as city councils of Cork, Kilkenny, Kildare, Courts service Ireland, National College of Ireland or Private sector such as; Deloitte, Virgin, Orbit ShowTime, and Allergan.
The GDPR will come into force in May 2018. Any company regardless of size and location which fail to follow the GDPR law will be a subject of sever fines and litigations.
